Bushnell Tour V6 Shift
Slope switch added to the Tour V6 benchmark
Key features
- Slope-Switch technology — tournament legal when slope is off
- Visual JOLT — red ring flashes on flag lock confirmation
- IPX6 weather resistance — most weather-resistant Tour series laser made
- BITE magnetic mount for cart bar attachment
- 6x magnification with fully multi-coated optics
- Accurate to within 1 yard at up to 1,300 yards

Our view
If you already know you want a Bushnell and you want slope, this is the straightforward choice over the Tour V6. The Slope-Switch implementation is among the best in class — reliable, clearly indicated, and genuinely reduces the risk of accidentally using slope in competition. The £50 premium over the Tour V6 is fair for what you get. The one reason to look elsewhere at this price is the Shot Scope Pro ZR at £299, which adds free GPS aerial mapping alongside slope for less money. If you do not care about GPS data and want the Bushnell build quality, the Tour V6 Shift earns its price.
Pros
- Slope-Switch is the cleanest implementation in the category — no fumbling
- Same class-leading Visual JOLT and IPX6 build as the Tour V6
- Compact and light at 247g for a slope rangefinder
- Tour-trusted Slope formula used by 98.6% of PGA Tour pros
Cons
- LCD display rather than OLED — adequate but Nikon and Shot Scope offer sharper displays at similar prices
- No Bluetooth or app connectivity beyond basic Bushnell Golf app
- £50 premium over the Tour V6 purely for the slope switch — Shot Scope Pro ZR adds GPS mapping for similar money
